We believe in our products – with expert craftsmanship and cutting-edge design, they are made to last – but in the rare instances where something goes wrong, we’ve got your back. No two products are the same and not all products have the same lifespan, but all our products come with a serious warranty.

PLEASE NOTE:

● Our warranty only applies to an original, purchased item. Any product that has already been issued as a warranty replacement is not subject to the same policy and will not be replaced again.

● It is not possible to claim a warranty replacement for any product that has previously been refunded for any reason.

● The quality of any items should be checked when they arrive – contact us immediately if you have any concerns.

● When contacting us about any warranty claims, you will need to attach at least one high-resolution photo/video clearly showing the defect. If your complaint is deemed to be valid, we will then replace the item, with a new product of the same model and style. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed for simple refund and exchange requests.

● If an exact replacement is unavailable when a claim is approved, an alternative product or solution may be offered at KEEPHONE’s discretion. This won’t include refunds.

● We cannot accept product returns of products purchased from a reseller or distributor. If you have purchased your KEEPHONE case product from a third party or distributor you may be eligible for a full credit from that party. For a return or exchange, you will need to contact the location where you purchased the product and review their return/exchange policy. Return/exchange policies vary by reseller.

● If your product was gifted to you, please note that we will need to match your claim to the original order in our system, using either the order number or the buyer’s details.

KEEPHONE reserves the right at any time, at its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party, to modify, suspend, or terminate this warranty.
